- An Easy Permit Application completely filled out with the owner’s signature and the garage dimensions. The Property Index Number (PIN) must also appear on the application.
- A signed contract between both owner and contractor detailing the scope of work; and including the stipulation that all debris will be removed from the site and disposed of at a proper facility.
- Interior and exterior pictures of the existing garage.
- No sign offs will be required from any other department, except from the Department of Water Management.When plumbing piping is supplied to the garage a B-Permit (to disconnect water) is required from the Department of Water Management. Water supply must be disconnected by a licensed and bonded plumbing contractor.
- This type of permit will only be issued with a licensed General Contractor, Wrecking Contractor or Garage Company. The fees will be $125.00.
