Do I need to hire a real estate closing attorney if I am buying a home?

Yes! When you decide to buy property and your offer is accepted, you will need to contact a real estate lawyer as soon as possible.

Bradford Miller Law will be happy to assist you with the purchase process at a very reasonable rate. As a Chicago Real Estate Attorney we have been helping buyers for several years. We will review the Contract, negotiate any necessary changes/requests with the Seller’s Attorney, review the closing documents, and attend the closing.  At the closing the various documents will be explained so that you understand what you are signing.

We also invite you to read about Buyers costs, the typical timeline for Buyers,  frequently asked questions, and other helpful information on our website, www.bradfordmillerlaw.com.
