Supply and demand

Supply and demand determines the price of items, including real estate. If houses are limited, the price increases. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) the supply of homes for sale dramatically increases every spring. Therefore, putting your home on the market now instead of waiting for spring and the increased competition may be beneficial for you.

Once you decide to put you home up for sale, Bradford Miller Law can help you with your transaction at a very reasonable rate. Our experienced Real Estate Attorneys have been representing homeowners for several years now and have earned membership in the Better Business Bureau.  Please feel free to visit our website  for information about our firm and information about selling your home. If you have any questions about the process of selling your home, give our office a call.
